Charismatic and devoted to sharing the entrepreneurial spirit, and with over 35 years of experience in sports marketing and sales, Brandon Steiner challenges audiences worldwide to not settle for their current success and always think about “what’s next.”  Through his stirring speeches, he teaches business and sales leaders new strategies for growing trust and how to initiate new relationships, predict customer needs, and stand out from the competition.

From humble beginnings in Brooklyn, Brandon learned the value of differentiating himself and serving his customers’ needs from a young age. These values have stayed with him throughout his career, leading him to create Steiner Sports, a $50 million company. But he didn’t stop there – he continued to think outside the box and expand his business, creating an unprecedented partnership with the New York Yankees and even purchasing exclusive rights to portions of the soon-to-be-disassembled “Old” Yankee Stadium.

Brandon’s success speaks for itself, with sales of over $60 million in Yankee Stadium dirt alone. Today, he is the founder and CEO of The Steiner Agency and CollectibleXchange. He has also authored three books chronicling his long career and the valuable business lessons he has learned along the way.
