Mohamed Massaquoi’s Speech Topics

  • Preparing for Change

In order to thrive through change or disruption, it is essential to unpack the necessary steps. This involves aligning organizations to a meaningful cause, cultivating the right relationships to navigate challenging situations, and continuously evolving with new skillsets. This talk concludes by emphasizing the importance of capitalizing on the opportunities presented in the next chapter after successfully overcoming change.

  • Leaders Empowering Others

True leadership lies in empowering others rather than simply taking charge. Organizations can only ascend to the level of their teams. It is when leaders assist their people in reaching new heights that they themselves expand the realm of possibilities for the entire group.

  • High-Performance Teams

This talk delves into the concept of creating maximum performance rather than settling for good performance. It explores how high-performance teams are designed to transcend the limits of what is possible, enabling them to reach market-leading and employee potential.

  • DEI as a Superpower

Highlighting how diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) should be seen as a superpower rather than a challenge to be solved. Diversity is akin to valuable puzzle pieces scattered across different demographics. By bringing together the right collection of these pieces from around the world, organizations can unlock opportunities to create unique and non-commoditized outputs. Such organizations are constantly able to innovate as they foster new experiences.
