Now the head coach of the Arizona Cardinals, LaFleur has built his reputation in one of the most demanding leadership environments in sports by helping teams perform faster, smarter, and more cohesively under pressure.  Before taking over in Arizona in February 2026, he spent three seasons as offensive coordinator of the Los Angeles Rams, where the offense became one of the NFL’s most productive units. In 2025, the Rams led the league in points per game, total net yards per game, passing yards per game, offensive touchdowns, and total points, while tying for the fewest sacks allowed and committing the fewest penalties in the NFL.
