Jen Easterly has spent her career at the highest-stakes intersections of technology, risk, and leadership. She commanded the Army’s first cyber battalion, helped stand up United States Cyber Command, and served as Deputy for Counterterrorism at the National Security Agency. She completed two tours at the White House, including as Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Counterterrorism. At Morgan Stanley, one of the world’s largest financial institutions, she built and led the firm’s Cybersecurity Fusion Center and went on to serve as Head of Firm Resilience. As Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, she led America’s defense of the critical infrastructure on which the economy and daily life rely. Today, as CEO of RSAC, she leads the platform where the world’s cybersecurity and AI communities come together to shape the next decade of digital security.
