Dr. Diane Hamilton built her career as a behavioral scientist, professor, and curiosity researcher around understanding what inhibits curiosity and what becomes possible when those barriers are removed. Her research led to the creation of the Curiosity Code Index®, and her books and assessments have been used as required reading and curriculum in university programs. She is the author of seven books, including three focused on curiosity, with her newest, Adaptive Curiosity: How Humans Find Purpose in the Age of Intelligent Machines, published by Wiley. Hamilton is a Fulbright Specialist, a member of Thinkers50 Radar, and a Forbes Contributor. Over the course of her career, she has taught thousands of business courses and interviewed thousands of leaders, researchers, and innovators through her nationally syndicated radio show. From serving on advisory boards including DocuSign to her role as Associate Faculty at Duke Corporate Education, she brings an unusually broad view of human behavior to the stage. Her work helps people use curiosity to strengthen leadership, innovation, creativity, and adaptability as AI and intelligent machines reshape what people contribute.
