For many of us, things have felt as though they have been sinking for a hot minute:
On a human level, anxiety and depression are at all time highs, alcohol and drug abuse have skyrocketed, loneliness and disconnection are breaking us down, and the speed of technology and innovation is leaving us scared and lost. Company Need: People who thrive by working in teams and actively protect and create cultures of inclusion, belonging, positivity, and meaning.

Company Need: People looking to learn, grow, and stretch for the benefit of themselves, but also their company.
Human Need: Contribution
Company Need: People who value idea sharing, recognition, and “we” as much as “me.”
