Dr. Seth Rachlin is a social scientist and thought leader dedicated to making work, politics, and life more human through the power of social capital. He turns to this mission after a thirty-year career as an entrepreneur, enterprise technologist, and consulting leader in the financial services industry.
Through two successfully exited fintech start-ups, nearly ten years as a senior executive at global systems integrator Capgemini, and hundreds of consulting engagements, he has had a front-row seat in the digital transformation of work and the workplace—he’s seen how technologies like AI can bring people together or pull them apart.
