Sadly, there is not a magic wand that will deliver this skill set to kiddos or adults and they’re not necessarily teachable skills when taught in isolation. Tal takes participants on a ride through the collection of "C's" that we missed! Confidence, Connections, Catalysts, Communities, and Compassion to name a few. Participants will see that without the strong development and emphasis on these C's, we will never get the results we strive for. Our students will not be best equipped unless we develop moire "C Students!"

Every administrator wants to be the best they can be and serve their staff at the highest levels. Hall of Fame refers to the best of the best. We need to celebrate the traits that make administrators Hall of Fame worthy. This talk will inspire the audience to "level up" their leadership toolbox. Participants will be ignited to add "Hall of Fame" traits to their leadership style. The focus will be on practical strategies and methods that can be taken back to their workplace and implemented immediately.
